Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can send us a Return Request on the website by navigating to the "Request a Return" tab or by contacting us at makameez.biz@gmail.com. Please note that upon approval of the return request, returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels; customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Contact us by email on makameez.biz@gmail.com or submit a Return Request with the order number, photos/video of the defective, damaged or wrong item along with a description of the issue and upon assessment, our team will make it right. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of Withdrawal 

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal vis-à-vis the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay any penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within fourteen (14) days at the latest following the notification to the Seller of the Customer’s withdrawal decision.

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be returned to the market in brand-new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products are not accepted.

The right of withdrawal by the customer may be exercised online, using the contact form available on the website www.makameez.com. The customer must express the intention to withdraw in an explicit, unambiguous statement in which case an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Customer by the Seller, or any other unambiguous statement expressing the intention to withdraw.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the delivery costs are refunded; the return costs remain at the expense of the Customer.

The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions set out in this article.
