Order Processing
Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days to let you know your order is on the way!
Shipping and Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose your desired ship option. The shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and the chosen shipping option.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days using Mondial Relay, Chronopost or Colissimo. Delivery estimates are based on the chosen shipping option.
- Standard Delivery (Free): Typically takes 2 to 4 business days after order processing.
- Express Delivery (0kg to 0.25kg - €4.99; 0.25kg onwards - Free): Typically takes 1 to 2 business days after order processing.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Shipping Locations
Currently we ship to customers within France only.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.
For Exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at makameez.biz@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
