We currently only ship to customers in France . International shipping is not offered.

We ship our products to Mondial Relay , Chronopost and Colissimo collection points, and we ship the products directly to your door via express delivery with Chronopost .

3. Shipping Methods:

• Standard delivery to a collection point : Free.
• Express home delivery:
• 0.00 kg to 0.25 kg: €4.99
• 0.25 kg and more: Free

4. Processing times:

Your orders will be ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days .

5. Delivery times :

• Standard Delivery : Usually takes 2-4 business days after order processing.
• Express Delivery : Usually takes 1-2 business days after order processing.

6. Order tracking :

You can track your orders using the tracking information sent to you via email or by accessing the "Track Your Order" tab on the website.

1. Return Policy:

We accept returns up to 14 days after the delivery date, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition . Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. If the return is approved, we will refund the full order amount to the original payment method, which should reflect within 10 business days .

2. Start a return:

To initiate a return, you must submit a return request by accessing the “ Request a Return ” tab on our website. Once the return request is approved, you will be notified and receive further instructions via email.

3. Exchanges:

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Damaged or defective items:

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us as soon as possible at makameez.biz@gmail.com or submit a return request with your order number and photos/videos of the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

5. Right of withdrawal:

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without having to provide a reason or incurring penalties. To exercise this right, you must return the products within this period, in their original packaging, in new condition, labeled and unworn. This allows us to re-offer this product for sale. All returns must include the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.

You can initiate the withdrawal online via the contact form on the website, clearly and unambiguously indicating your intention to withdraw. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal request.
